Cipher to Citizen

Cipher to Citizen is a unique, game-based technical competition that combines civic awareness, logical reasoning, binary concepts, and digital electronics through a series of interactive rounds. Participants will solve puzzles related to social issues, government bodies, and civic awareness, convert their answers into binary, apply concepts such as 1’s and 2’s complement, and finally interact with a pre-programmed Arduino-based LED system.Unlike a regular quiz or technical game, the competition connects civic knowledge with technical thinking and hands-on digital interaction, creating an engaging and unconventional learning experience.
