In order to book a room, participants must be registered for at least one V-TAPP 2026 event.

All staying participants must present their physical College/University ID card and a Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport) during check-in.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be served at designated university mess halls during scheduled dining hours.
Strict discipline and curfew protocols must be observed. Access is restricted to assigned hostel blocks only.
*Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for all registered participants.
